  • 1 breast chicken or turkey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • spices for chicken curry or your favorite spices
  • water


  • Soak turkey breast in salt water for 2 hours (chicken breast – for 1.5 hours). Water should be salty, but not bitter.
  • You need to make gruel from spices and olive oil, grease the breast with it. Put the meat on a baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to maximum temperature (250-300). Put the breast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After that, turn off the oven and DO NOT OPEN the door (as you would not want to) until the oven is completely cool – at least 2 hours. Ideally done in the evening and open only in the morning.
