Keto Bread Recipe in Bread Machine

In the keto bread recipes, we don’t have the yeast and the gluten. The yeast needs some type of sugar to interact with and to rise. Bread makers just don’t work with these keto bread recipes. I was determined to find a keto bread recipe for a bread maker.

For this keto yeast bread, you need butter, eggs, wrister atoll xanthan gum, flax meal, vital wheat gluten, oat fiber, salt, honey, and water. If you do not have flax meal do not worry. Use whole flax seeds and grind it up in your grinder.

Don’t panic with the honey. We only use 1 teaspoon of it.
For this recipe, you need a good bread maker.
You can put all your ingredients directly into your bread maker bowl and mix them.

Put the water in at the bread maker bowl. Add lightly beaten eggs to this mixture. Add a half-cup oat fiber, flaxseed meal, vital wheat gluten, salt, erythritol, honey, xanthan gum. Cut up room temperature butter into little pieces. Then add yeast.
Bring back your bowl in the bread machine and turn on the basic settings and on medium-low and medium darkness for the color of the loaf. Press Start and that’s it.

Keto Bread Recipe in Bread Machine

Ingredients

  • 1 cup slightly warm water (240ml/8.1oz)
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup oat fiber (41g/1.45oz)
  • 2/3 cup flaxseed meal (70g/4.9oz)
  • 1.25 cups vital wheat gluten (190g/4.9oz)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (6g / 0.21oz)
  • 4 tablespoon powdered sweetener (60g/4oz)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (7g/0.25oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (2.5g/0.88oz)
  • 2 tablespoon butter (30g/1.05oz)
  • 1 tablespoon yeast (8g/0.28oz)

Instructions

  • Put the water in at the bread maker bowl.
