  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix together the baking powder, almond flour, rosemary, garlic, parmesan, melted butter, egg, and the salt and pepper.
  • Put the mixture into a microwavable bowl and microwave on high heat for just 90 seconds. By this time, the bread will have risen.
  • The bread needs to cool otherwise it will be too crumbly, but then you can serve.
