Slow Cooker Beef BBQ Ribs

Cut your ribs into small pieces and then rub in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. No fat is required.

If you like Indian food, you will love this recipe. First of all cook chicken pieces in a skillet for a few minutes. Put them in the crock pot with carrots, onions, ginger and garlic. Whisk together 14 and a half ounces of chicken broth, curry powder, coconut milk, and salt. Pour this over the chicken and then cook on low for 6 – 8 hours or high for 3 – 4 hours.
